Uprooting your life and moving to an unfamiliar area has to be one of the scariest, most daunting things to do (at least in my opinion). However, it can also be the most rewarding experience. I mean, think about it, NEW PLACES, NEW PEOPLE, NEW THINGS and NEW RESTAURANTS. It ‘s all so exciting!
BUT, as with anything life-altering, you need to do your research beforehand – especially if you’re looking at relocating to Houston. Overall, living in Houston is more expensive than other small Texas cities; though cheaper than most major metropolises like Los Angeles, New York City or literally anywhere up north. Keep in mind though that Houston is a large city with many neighborhoods to choose from. It can definitely be tough to pick the perfect location if you’ve only visited Houston on vacation. But luckily, that’s what I’m here for! In this blog post, we’ll go over everything you need to know about renting in Houston.
